Online Master of Business Administration (MBA) Curriculum

The online MBA curriculum consists of 30 credits designed to provide students the tools they need for professional success in business leadership which include three built-in micro-certificates in Business Analytics, Financial Analysis, and Leadership in Organizations. Students may also select a concentration by taking 6 additional credits from the marketing or strategic leadership courses.

Students with a non-business undergraduate degree may be required to complete some or all of the following prerequisite foundation courses. Prerequisites are non-credit hour courses that students can complete online in a self-paced format before beginning the MBA program or prior to taking the required MBA core course:

Financial Analysis Micro-Certificate

Elective Course Options

MBA Marketing Concentration Courses (6 credits)

Students will complete the three courses below. MKTG 681 must be satisfied within the core.

MBA Strategic Leadership Concentration Courses (6 credits)

Students who pursue the MBA-Strategic Leadership concentration are required to take their 6 elective hours in executive level management-focused coursework. These include the three courses below. MGMT 622 must be satisfied within the core.
