Consisting of 30 credits, Winthrop University’s online MBA program delivers tools that propel aspiring leaders toward their goals. The curriculum includes built-in micro-certificates in Business Analytics, Financial Analysis and Leadership in Organizations. You can select an optional concentration (six additional credits) in Healthcare Management, Marketing or Strategic Leadership.
Students with a non-business undergraduate degree may be required to complete some or all of the following prerequisite foundation courses. Prerequisites are non-credit hour courses that students can complete online in a self-paced format before beginning the MBA program or prior to taking the required MBA core course:

- Economics (completed in Blackboard, free course)
- Using Microsoft Excel (CSCI 101B, can be taken at the same time as BSAN 680, .5 credit hours)
