Cathy Rumble, Ed.D.

Adjunct Professor

Cathy Rumble has more than 15 years of experience working in program development for visual and performing arts in Georgia and South Carolina. Most recently, she served as program and exhibitions director at the Aiken Center for the Arts in Aiken, S.C. Her work there included developing arts programing for constituents of all ages and abilities and curating the exhibitions for the center’s four galleries.

Among the programs she recently developed were an art camp for children with developmental and cognitive disabilities and a therapy art program for area residents living with Alzheimer’s and dementia. A special interest of hers has been coordinating educational opportunities and gallery exhibitions. Cathy holds a B.A. from Vanderbilt in Art History, an M.A.A.A. from Winthrop and an Ed.D. in Higher Education Administration from the University of Alabama.
